Menhirs

The pieces in this series are called Menhirs. They loosely reference tree trunks with the bark being made from modern found objects impressed in the clay.

Cross Menhirs
 
These particular Menhirs were done at the same time as the Rings with Crosses. I needed to psychologically stabilize the irregularity of the forms and this was my solution.
